Coffee doesn’t pose risk to the heart health and doesn’t increase pressure if to take it regularly, – announced doctor from Federal association of cardiologists of Germany Heribert Bruke.
Moreover caffeine can reduce risk of getting oncological diseases, dementia and diabetes, he reported. He added that during the day one can drink up to 4 cups of coffee.
Bruke also disproved a myth about health benefit of red wine. Accordingly to his words, even a small amount of alcohol in body can cause an irregularity of pulse.
Doctor recommended to the patients with heart diseases to take strength building, because it strengthens the musculature and delivers benefits for the vessels.
